Please Help Maxx
Maxx Needs Us Poor Maxx has been through so much in the six years he has been on this earth. He came to us severely emaciated, not because he wasn’t being fed, but because his intestines were not properly absorbing the food. He had extreme IBD and we were afraid we were going to lose him

We Are Grateful for Your Help
Help Us Help Them We are asking for your help to meet our goal of $15,000. Vetting fees for our rescue dogs have skyrocketed over the last few years. Our average spend per dog has become over $1,000. This year we have rescued over 100 dogs, from puppymills, shelters and owner surrenders.

Sadie Needs Us
Imagine the fear Sadie felt when she was placed in a bag, put in a box, and left on the side of the road. She was no stranger to neglect and cruelty. Sadie fought for her life with unmatched resilience, despite the abuse she had suffered. She was emaciated and dealing with several medical issues, including an enlarged heart and a large bladder stone.

Meet Annie
ANNIE is a sweet and gentle soul. Annie is around six years old and about 60 pounds. She absolutely LOVES attention and snuggles. She was found as a stray and taken to a shelter. Annie was elated to have her freedom ride and has come alive since her great escape! She is currently undergoing treatment for heartworms and will need to be spayed. Annie is current on all her vaccines.

Testimonials
I have adopted 6 rescued Rottweilers, the last 3 were with the help of RHR. They make it so much easier and do the hard work of culling that it is so hard for me to do. I have always ended up with the perfect dogs from them every time!”
“I have adopted 9 from RRHF mostly seniors in need, of which 3 have passed in 8 mos. I fostered mom and 5 puppies, all adopted to wonderful homes, and one 18 mos old for several months who also has great home and just went camping in Maine. They stand by their dogs and never leave you stranded like some rescues will. Dogs also receive the best medical care.
“They are wonderful! After losing 3 rotties in about six months I adopted my dogs Rowdy and Rosie from RRHF. Ed has a big heart and was absolutely amazing!”
